This gold coloured stainless steel muddler is a must have for any professional cocktail bartender. Stylish, yet durable, tool. The nylon plastic head will not split or splinter nor does it absorb the odour of any muddled ingredients, like mint leaves, sugar and lime wedges. This professional muddler is far more hygienic than the wooden variety. Bacteria does not take up residence in the plastic as it could in wood.
